Do you name yours?
I had never heard of naming cars until I got to college. Everybody told me I had to name my car when I bought it, and my champagne-colored Neon became Caroline.
Now my trusty, rusty dark-green Civic is called Juliet. Matt's silver Altima is Sam (for Samantha, I think).

In HS and college I drove a Honda civic hatch back. It was white and I called it my "Egg". It was a good car but at the end of it's life I absolutely hated the "Egg"!
When I bought my current car I traded the "egg" in. A few weeks later my dad got a call(b/c he was on the title) from the NJ state police telling him the car was found abandoned in Camden. I was like WTF? We don't even live in NJ and I don't own that car anymore.
My VW Golf was "Eddy the Pig" though I never called it that. It sounded like it was farting when you'd lock the doors (the horn).
My current car is an orange Honda Fit. I named it "Orange U. Gladys" (ie. Orange you glad I didn't say banana). DH thinks I'm silly.
I have a Ford Escort hatchback (station wagon WHOO lol). His name is Harvey
When I first bought him there was a little purple dinosaur (like an inch tall, plastic toy) underneath the seat so I took it and super glued him to the dash. That little dinosaur is "Harvey's" physical bodiness lol. Everyone that knows me knows my car is Harvey and that is how we talk about him.
Yes we name our cars!
I have a 2008 Subaru Legacy and her name is Susie
My hubbys prized possession (his 2nd car) is Madeline, she is a 98 red Grand Prix GTP and is all sorts a fancy and souped up.
We pretty much say "my car" and "your car" in everyday conversations, too.
I love "Baby Fuse"!
We don't have names for our current cars, but my last car was a 2005 toyota corolla S, and every time we would go up hill while trying to gain speed, I used to say, "come on little corolla, you can do it!"
I'm so glad you started this thread, because everytime I see stu's name, it reminds me of this. When I was a sophomore in college, I drove a 1995 ford ranger, and one of my friends at school decided my car needed a name, and he had a thing for the Scream movies, so he named my car Stu. And it stuck. My little sister drove it to college after me, and we still called it Stu, and eventually my parents started calling it Stu, too! LOL After my Dad died and after my mom bought my sister a new car, she sold Stu to a guy in the neighborhood, and eventually moved to a different town. I still live in the same town, and used to see the truck all the time. I would tell my mom and my sister, "I saw Stu today!!" LOL

DH and I both drive Ford Edges. Mine doesn't have a name but DH's BM named his.
BM drives a White Infinity G35 (with all kinds of mods) and calls it the White Dragon. I've never known BM to drive slower than 90... EVER. Anyways. BM named DH's Edge The Black Mamba.
And of course, since DH and BM became such good friends (like 2ish years ago) DH has started doing all kinds of crap to his car. Ugh. HAHAHA!
My first car was a Cavalier and her name was Susie, my current car Ford Escape is Sally.
Sad news...Sally had to go to the shop today because she wouldn't start
My HH has a BMW and his name is Albert.
