How are you feeling? Also, my co-worker is ridiculously excited for her Piglet cookies. I'm hoping she saves one for me as a referral gift.

Re: Hi Vicki
I'll make sure that there is at least one extra. Then she'll have no excuse!
I'm feeling really good! Not much pain anymore at all, I just get tired really fast. I started eating food today! YAY! I have to stick to soft protein for 4-6 weeks, so I've had egg salad and yogurt today. So far, so good.
I feel like I'm getting a head cold though. That is sure to piss me off.

Yogurt, cottage cheese (gross), tuna salad (extra gross), chicken salad, egg salad, egg beaters, and flaked fish (another thing I won't eat).
I can also have non-protein foods like mashed potatoes, some pureed vegetables, applesauce, a few fruits, etc. Oatmeal and cream of wheat are ok too.
The most important thing for me right now is to get in 50-60 grams of protein per day, so I'm ignoring all the other foods right now. When you can only eat 3 teaspoons of food 3 times a day, it's not easy to get lots of protein. So I have to drink a lot of protein drinks.
