Based on what I heard on the radio, Kara is not out, at least not for now; she just hasn't signed her contract yet (it's there waiting for her). Ellen is definitely out though.
I heard they are in talks with Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, Courtney Love, Bono, and Harry Connick Jr.
ya think? lol They should have ended it after the adam lambert season.
Yes! Except I like it better. I discovered it last year and it should be back on UK tv in a few weeks.
They have the standard auditions, except they do it in front of big crowds, sort of like America's Got Talent, then they divide those people into 4 groups: girls, guys, groups and over 25s. Each judge takes a group and mentors them then narrows them down to 3 people in each group. That's how you get your top 12. Then the process is the same, except rather than the person with the lowest votes going home, the and the judges decide between the 2 lowest votes (after they perform again) and saves one of them. Also, each judge is rooting for someone from their group to win.
I love it! So yes, same sort of thing, just slightly different set up. I'm not sure if the U.S. X Factor will be set up the same way.
I might watch AI again if they had Harry Connick Jr on! LOL
