Ouch!
I've done something to my neck now. I'm guessing I slept on it funny the other night because it was fine Monday and then yesterday it was killing me to barely turn my head and it's still killing me today.

I've done that before, it really sucks. My mom showed me some yoga moves to help with it but the only one i can remember is to bend at your waist and let your arms hang limply. Hopefully that makes sense.
