i'm here!!!!! just busy with work since it's a half day for me today.
weekend was busy!! had to work fri, sat and sun (i'm so not used to 3 days straight!). bff's parent's cookout sat afternoon and our lady of lourdes festival that night. didn't do anything yesterday but sit on my butt after work
Im around too, in between Monk wanting to play and laundry.
Friday we went to the zoo of course and had lunch with Angi, B2 and Angis momma, and then friday afternoon we met with DHs family for dinner.
Saturday we hung around the house until the afternoon and then took my moms car back to her, visited with her and my sister who was in from Mi. DH was going to go to the baseball game but decided against it, So DHs uncle took us out for a bite to eat and then I took Monk home while DH stayed and hung out.
Sunday I spoke at my church, went well...Monk had too much energy and DH stayed in the library with him to play. Yesterday was also DHs grandmas birthday so we had dinner with his family again.....
I have really seen more than enough of my in-laws for a while.
I'm moving really slow today. You'd think someone with a history of melanoma would know better by now!
My weekend was good...great time at Put in Bay Saturday (except for the drunken obnoxious bachelor party group on the express there and there even more drunken obnoxious bachelorette party on the ride back)!
Yesterday kayaking and then lunch at PF Changs.
Good weekend all around minus the burn.
I'm here! We got back from vacation yesterday morning (after driving all night). Yesterday we dropped N8 at my mom's house, then went home to unpack and nap, then back to my mom's for dinner.
Back to work today. Ugh.
My weekend was nutty!
Friday - dinner for SIL's bday then home to work on fundraiser prep until about 1am.
Saturday - more fundraiser prep, laundry, errands, then helped friends move their office and enjoyed an awesome dinner (complete w/ fancy martinis) with them, then headed off to a friend's birthday party, then back home to work more on fundraiser prep (again until about 1am).
Sunday - big fundraiser. Left home at 8am and didn't get back home until about 9:30pm. It was a success though, so YAY for that!
Today I'm sore and tired, but I do love being busy!!
I hear some great stories about those people...I have two cousins who work on the Jet and often get stuck on the late shift....hahaha
The ones on the way there weren't all that bad (I can much more easily tolerate drunken guys)...but the chicks on the way home...It was a flippin nightmare! And as luck would have it, they were in our remote corner. Squealing, and just being loud, obnoxious, pissing everyone off around us.
I may or may not have been in such a group a few times before. And will be again on the 21st of this month.... lol
I'm here for a minute, lots to do to get ready for vacation and my internet keep cutting out and running slow, which when mixed with the always slow loading nest, means I won't be on much today.
Weekend was ok, Nothing exciting to report.
I'm here-ish. Have to get all my paperwork together and run it out to Lourdes, and then I work tonight and the girls are going to VBS this week.
My weekend was uneventful. All I really did was work.
I'm here for a minute then running some errands with Alex and lunch with friends.
The weekend was good. I ran around like a chicken with my head cut off up there visiting family and drove back Saturday night, then we met up at a friends house last night for a cook out so that was nice. The time just slipped away from me this weekend it seems. My week is already booked up too and I've only got 2 weeks left of break

We didn't do much this weekend besides going to the zoo on friday. Saturday I took Natalie up to visit my dad. Kind of a boring weekend.
Today, I got to see a brand new baby. Not even 24 hours old. I wanted to melt into a puddle of mush while holding it. Natalie did surprisingly well. She really didn't get jealous of me holding the baby until she started to get tired. I was very surprised. She wasn't too interested in seeing him either since I would let her smack him the face.
