Ohhh FB+Parents
I'm pretty ticked with my mom right now but don't know if I should say something because it's done.
We had a family friend pass away this past weekend. He has two girls that are the same age as my older sister and me. We have known this family since before I was in elementary school. We've been on vacation together etc. The parents are still very good friends.
The daughter that is my age is getting married in about 6 weeks. My mom posts on her wall how much he was loved and will be missed. Then goes on to say that he will be missed at her wedding but we will feel his presence there. I am mortified that she would even bring up her wedding the day after her father passed away. Not the right time at all.

Sorry for your loss. I probably wouldn't have mentioned the wedding as I am sure it is hard on this girl knowing that her father won't be there. Hopefully people won't keep mentioning it to her about the wedding and her father not being there.
