I just can't do it everytime I end up throwing up and I don't know why I guess that adds to my question for the doctor next week! I really need to but WTF all I want to do is stay fit and healthy.
Re: Walking (Vent)
Is it really hot out where you are? If so, maybe that's making it worse for you to try to walk.
I've heard morning sickness tends to go away as the pregnancy goes on, if that's what this is. I hope you start feeling better!!!

Do you feel sick to your stomach the whole time? Have you tried to suck on some candy like a Jolly Rancher while you are walking? When I use to feel sick if I would suck on some candy it would help. Other girls on the Bump wore by Jolly Ranchers on their drive home from work. Just an idea.
I live in Georgia and its gets really hot here by 8am in the morning but I have been walking on my tredmill b/c of the heat index outside. I do feel sick when I start walking. I will have to get some Jolley ranchers and try it out to see how that works. I thought morning sickness is gone by 2 trimester I guess not for me. Booo
It is too hot in GA for you to be out there trying to walk, especially with morning sickness. That will hopefully subside soon and you can start back up with the walking.
I totally forgot about the heat!!! That will make anyone throw up if they do too much in the heat.
Sorry I am living in the artic this summer.
