We talked...
For anyone who read my goings-ons from Thursday's Confession post I thought that I would let you know that DH and I finally talked last Friday after work.
It didn't start as a "talk"...it was much, much louder than talking, but I expected that. After we cleared the air, had to take a time-out (or 2), we "reconvened" and both vowed to "try with all of our might" to make us work.
And then the skies brightened, the birds sang, and the double-rainbow embraced our beings! Just joking it wasn't all of that...but it did kind of feel that way.
So I just thought that on this slow-a$$ Monday...and since I just cannot get into the groove of work...I would update you all.

happy to hear :-) Everyone goes through tough times now and then in a marriage, that's great that you were able to talk through this.
I just got caught up on your post. I'm sorry you are having a difficult time. I'm happy you two got to talk it out a bit.
I think all of us have been there, but believe me it gets better. DH and I have had some rough times as well. If you ever need to talk or anything please feel free to email me!
I am very happy to hear you guys talked, loudly. Frankly, any communication whether it be bad or good, I think is better than none at all.

Exactly! Even bad communication is still communication. IMHO the real sign of danger ahead if when you don't even care enough to fight anymore.
