Re: Weekend Recap..
Friday I had rehearsal w/ my kiddies, then went out for drinks and snacks w/ friends.
Saturday I Coordinated a wedding (pictures are on my "company" page not my regular facebook) but she had some pretty Gerber Daisies for her florals and the cake was fantastic!! All buttercream. one layer red velvet and one layer canoli cream.
Sunday I ran errands, took a nap, made raspberry-lemon sorbet, and then headed to a friend's house for a BBQ
Friday: I came home to DH cleaning the garage. So I helped him finish. We cleaned up and went to the grocery store.
Saturday: We went to La Grange for Dennis's 3 yr old cousin's b-day party. We were supposed to be home at 4 to receive the cat that we are taking in from my cousin (due to her moving back to her dad's). We found out that was going to happen due to her16 yr old brother having emergency surgery because of acute appendicitis (found 3-4 stones)...We got home and relaxed the rest of the afternoon inside from those 100 degree plus temps....
Sunday: We started to hang up art work in the house, ran a few errands, and relaxed....

A10 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination: San Francisco!
TTC #1 since 4/10, Dx: MFI IVF planned for April/May
Friday night we went to dinner and then came home & relaxed.
Saturday we had a wedding and showed DH grandma our proofs so she could pick out what she wanted to order.
Sunday was laundry and lazy day.
I had a FANTASTIC weekend, one of the best in a while, especially considering we didn't do anything special...
Friday a friend of ours drove up and we went to dinner, and then DH and I took a very late night walk with the dog (like 1 am) to a park just behind our house where we were reminded of what highschoolers do on a Friday night (LOTS of teenage couples around in the dark
) it was funny to see and made us feel like an old married couple...in a good way!
Saturday we meet my parents 1/2 way between our house and theres (about an hour) and went shopping and then to dinner and a movie (we saw inception which was really good!)
and Sunday we relaxed, slept in really late and just hung out together, had a nice dinner and did a little work in the yard.
Friday, got crabs on the way home, and pigged out on them!
Saturday, a little bit of this and that, but the main thing was getting the pro pics separated and organized into folders on my computer. Since we had over 2K pictures, that took a bit of time...but was fun :-)
Sunday we headed up to my FIL's beautiful farm in a valley and hung out with him, enjoying his big, tall full shade trees and catching up with a couple of relatives who stopped by. We also did a little shopping together and went out to lunch - all told, a pretty cool weekend!
Other than the news from my previous post (Heavy heart) it was a great weekend. Friday we went to dinner out, and then watched the Phillies game. We decided to go visit my MOH and her family who were on vaca in the poconos for the day on Saturday am. We left before 10, and ended up staying overnight (unplanned) b/c we were having a good time, and left about lunchtime. After we got home we just relaxed and had a nice afternoon/evening to ourselves. I wish we would've had another day to be at home.
PS Apples to Apples was played Saturday night and it was HI-larious! I would definitely recommend it! I had never played before.

Friday - my DH went out, so my DS and I hung out, relaxed, ordered pizza, and watched a couple of his shows.
Saturday - we went to a nice dinner with my mom, brother and his FI.
Sunday - Absolutely nothing! I didn't even shower.

April Nesties March siggy challenge: Next Vacation, Anguilla!!
Friday night DH and I went to see Eclipse. Not bad, not bad. Then came home and hung out with the furbaby.
SIL gave birth to our newest niece Ava Rose on Saturday!! Soooo adorable!!
And Sunday, DH worked. I met a friend for sushi and then came back to clean up the house and started feeling yuck. So we didn't really do much else for the rest of the night.
Friday we got up and left for Pittsburgh for our family reunion. Arrived about 1:00 and went in my cousin's pool for a bit then dinner with the fam and an impromptu gathering of about 30 people (friends and family) at my cousin Dawn's house.
Reunion was on Saturday then afterwards we went over my cousin Kim's house for a little bit and drank at the bar in their basement. Headed home Sunday & had my parents & sister over for pizza so nobody had to cook.
Day off today, had lunch with a friend and her son then took Amanda to the pool and my sister joined us. Dinner over my parents.
We had a fun weekend!!!
Friday we spent at the beach (we both had the day off and it was a GREAT beach day!!)
Saturday we hung around the house and caught up on cleaning, laundry and food shopping. At night, met up with friends for dinner to celebrate my good friend's 30th bday in Hoboken NJ
Sunday we went to the racetrack, it was a big race weekend and we lost some money, but it was fun anyway!!
Monday - I was def in a bad mood at work!!! LOL
Friday: I drove home to my parent's to play volleyball.
Saturday: Got up early to drive back to my house to meet sister to go shopping for her upcoming trip to Jamaica.
Sunday: Church, mowed lawn, laundry, changed pictures on our picture wall to reflect the wedding, and took Sadie for a short walk.
It was a busy weekend but I felt good about it because I got a lot accomplished!! DH was even impressed!

We took my parents to see George Thorogood in Newport Friday night... then Saturday was DH work cookout and THEN me and the Ladies went and saw Chelsea Handler on the Cape and THEN I went out for drinks with the DH and friends! LOL, THANK GOD Sunday allowed for some relaxation!

LOL I LOVE doing that on Sunday's! PLUS I always feel like my hair feels soo much better after not washing for a day (my hair gets oily everyday... there is no 2 - 4 days in between washings!)

Friday: Day off work - Packed
Saturday: Packed
Sunday: Moving Day - up at 6:00 am, movers finally arrived at 10:00 (were due around 8:30-9:00, but that's okay), spent pretty much 12 straight hours on my feet, running between both apartments (they're 3 blocks apart), directing traffic with the movers and cleaning, both new and old apartments, and ignoring the hourly phone calls from the new tenants' realtor asking for updates and pressuring us to move out ASAP (which we were trying to do, but both their lease and ours started on the same day 8/1 and we didn't get the keys to the new apartment until 8 pm on the 31st)...finally done moving in and moving out at 6:30 pm... went to Houlihan's for dinner to celebrate (mmm...margaritas!), set up computers, crashed about 1:00 am...
Monday: Slept in until 11:30 (a record for me) and then started the more fun part of unpacking... love the new apartment!!! Just wish my feet didn't hurt so much... they have been puffy and swollen for two days from being on my feet so long.
Tuesday: back to work... ugh.
