  • finished P90X!!!  Now we are going to start a more flexible routine of all of the P90X workouts we like and mix it in with running/elliptical, we'll see how this goes!

    As for eating, man vacations are bad news for eating healthy, but so far back in San Diego I've been doing much better :)

  • I went to the gym all week last week. I did not make it monday because my phone alarm was set on silent so I slept through it :( So I made it to the gym 4 days in a row. :) (I don't go on weekends because those are my break days) I didn't cheat on my diet all week except for a small slice of cake I had saturday. I went back to the gym this morning and had an awesome workout and I am actually looking forward to going the rest of the week :)

  • I've done terrible exercising due to the medication, but I guess I did ok eating cause I'm down another pound! Woohoo! (which considering what I ate doesn't make sense but I'll take it :)

     This week I'm back running and doing some workouts in between!

  • Due to DH's diabetes diagnosis, we have been eating MUCH better!  Lots of veggies, grilled meat and fish, and only whole grain pastas and rice. NO junk food at all (confession:  there are times that i would kill for a piece of cake, but I have to get over it)  I lost 4 lbs in about 3.5 weeks so far!!!  We've also been walking alot - we'll go on walks around the neighborhood that last more than an hour a few times a week.  DH said my butt is getting smaller LOL yay!  Now I'm super motivated to keep up this new lifestyle!!!

    We had such a busy week last week that my exercise routine was not all on task.  But the 2 hours that it took to mow the law on Sunday felt like I ran a marathon!!
