Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Ugh.
My husband interviews tomorrow for a higher position at work. It's made for him (literally, since he wrote the grant that it is a part of) and the only reason they are doing interviews is to make the other organizations that are a part of this grant happy. It's a total power struggle thing.
There's one other candidate. We found out today who it is....The girl I worked for at my previous job. Some of you might recall that she made my life a living hell for the short time I was there. Veiled threats that she would fire me for not doing things that I knew were wrong, harassing me for not working 70 hours a week, just a horrible, evil little twit. I guess she's miserable at that organization now and is trying to get out. But she's burned a lot of bridges with people he works with, not to mention she doesn't have the experience necessary to do the job.
This is either the best case scenario or the worst. Clearly the worst would be her getting this job over Mike. But the best will be when Mike gets this job. We will get some sick satisfaction from knowing that he got something she didn't. I just hope it works out that way.
