This is why I hardly drink more than one drink anymore! I HATE the feeling of being hung over. It's awful today!!!! Boy did that vanilla vodka taste yummy though last night.
Re: HUNG OVER!
Dude! You should try it in Vanilla Coke! Da Bomb Diggity !
That does sound good.....I might have to pick up some vanilla coke this evening. lol Art always swears by having a drink the next day cures his hang over.
It does. Hang overs are caused by alcohol withdrawal, so if you give your body alcohol it will reduce the withdrawal effects.
I stay away from vodka like the plague. Some of my worst nights have been the result of vodka.
Im a vodka drinker, but I also rarely get hang overs. I pop a couple Tylenol and drink a whole bottle of water before going to bed after a night of drinking. The next morning, if I feel a little funky I drink a lot of OJ and some greasy breakfast food. Simmers everything right down.
Though I drink my vanilla vodka with orange soda or diet pepsi. My prime vodka drink for the summer is half lemonade & half sweet tea w/ vodka. So good on a hot day. When I go out its straight vodka cran though.
It's too late now, but greasy burgers help a whole lot! My last job, we were big into drinking. (For example, for 50 people at a Christmas party, the bar tab was $3000-4000. The managers paid for it. Crazy!) And when we would have a party or something after work, we would all run for greasy burgers the next day. Worked like a charm, unless you were so hung over that you couldn't eat.
Mrs. Skiz, be very careful with the Tylenol. The combination of alcohol and Tylenol does a number on your liver. I've heard to try to avoid pain relievers at the same time you're drinking, but that Advil is better than Tylenol if you're going to take some.
