Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Do i have sucker written on my forehead?
last week i was covering for someone while they were on vacation.. now all of a sudden i'm getting emails to do her work still... i fwd a few back to her and she replied back "can you please handle these?"
so i guess i'm supposed to be helping her from now on? I wouldn't mind it if someone just told me that i'm supposed to continue helping her out bc it does pass the day quicker actually having more things to do but since i got back from maternity leave things are still so unclear. I have no clue what my job description is anymore and everytime i ask my boss he's just like "we're still trying to iron everything out" All i know is this year if i'm still stuck in this place i better get an office and a raise come review time.
some places better start calling me back soon bc this is getting ridic! baaahhh
oh and Gio is sickies today

I hate when people dump work off on you. We have to set objectives yearly and have a 6 month review, do you do anything like that? It would be a good time to really nail down what you're supposed to be working on.

My theory on slacka$$es is this: If I am going to have to do YOUR job, why are you here? If you aren't doing the job, why waste a paycheck when it could be paid to the person actually DOING the job!
