I'm having the other half of my Subway sub from last night along with a kiwi and a mango.
On a related note, I will confess that I have no fxcking idea how to eat this mango. I just mangled the living crap out of it in my attempt to cut it up, so now I've just pulled the peel back from portions of it and am eating it like you'd eat a peach/apple/etc. I am quite certain I look ridiculous. lol
Re: WFL?
LMAO. There is a very long thin seed in the middle of the mango, if you start at the narrow end and cut downwards on either side of where the stem was, you should be ok. I also cut down the sides too but you dont get much from them. Then score the fruit on the peel into cubes and then cut away from the peel...or peel it back and eat it like a peach...whatever.
smoothie made with fresh strawberries, low fat vanilla yogurt and organic vanilla soy milk
yum!
I saw you mention this in the other post too, and I'm curious, what is magic pop?
Oh it is tasty, I get it at andersons.

Monk likes to eat it plain or with peanut butter or sometimes a little bit of jam, I however like to spread nutella on on half and then crack it in half and make a "Sandwich" out of it.
I dont really know how to explain it so I gave the website...but it is a multigrain puff snack that just like explodes out of the machine when they are making them...scary but soo tasty.
Interesting!! I've never heard of them, but they sound good! Are they pricey?
Shakeology
For lunch I had a mashup bowl made of a pouch of tuna, edamame, diced tomato, a little feta and pine nuts w/lemon juice and greek yogurt to bind. It was pretty good!
