Little Shop of Flowers for sure- Colonial is hit and miss on freshness of the flowers.
Definitely recommend Little Shop of Flowers, too.
I've gotten great flowers from Colonial in the past, but it's been awhile. I know people who haven't, but I haven't heard anything bad about Little Shop of Flowers.
