I am trapped.
I am trapped in my apartment. We live in a house that is divided into 2 apartments (we're on the top). The main door to the house won't open- I think the knob is broken.
This kind of thing always happens to me! Our neighbor is a handyman so I called him and left a message. I hope he gets home soon!

uh oh!
A few weeks ago, the door handle broke off on the bathroom door. I forgot to tell Brian. The next day the girls and I were in the bathroom and one of them shut the door and the handle feel off. I couldn't get the handle back on correctly. I thought we were going to be stuck in the bathroom all day. Luckily after a few minutes, it worked.

There is only one entrance? Is that legal? <--honestly, I have NO idea.
I always thought every house needed at least 2.
There is a door to our back porch and an emergency rope ladder I could throw over the edge if I really needed to get down, but I'm not that desperate yet

Oh! Haha. I see.
Well my neighbour tried everything (even taking the door off the hinges) and it would not budge! Then he got a phone call to say that his brother in law had just tied (had cancer). What a terrible afternoon.
Now waiting on my landlord to call a locksmith. Hope that happens soon!
