DH and I watched Hot Tub Time Machine last week. I was expecting it to be a totally failure, but I've seen worse.

Then I watched Valentine's Day on Friday. I thought it was very good. I would recommend it.

    Good to know about Valentine's Day!  I'll have to send DH out for a boys night so I can watch it!

    We watched Avatar while at the beach.  It was awesome.  I knew it would be good because when I listened to it in the theater it was amazing.  But the 3-D and Imax theater was a horrible combination for me.  Ick!  It was nice to actually see what was going on.

    I don't like very many movies as it is (I get impatient and think they are all too long), but the Informant is terrible. Really, really, bad. The closest I could come to a recommendation is Invictus and even then it was slightly slow/boring, but I liked the overall story.

    I too, enjoyed Valentine's day!  I tried to watch "the invention of lying" which made me laugh quite a few times.  It was a cute movie, but a little crazy at some points.  I was watching it in pieces while DH was power-washing the driveway, etc, so it didn't get all of my attn, but it's at Redbox for a dollar!

    We recently watched She's Out of My League and it turned out way funnier than I expected which is always nice. Other than that we haven't seen anything worth recommending lately.

    We watched Up in the Air the other night with George Clooney.  I thought it was a really cute movie.  I'm not sure if I enjoyed it because I could commiserate with all of the business travel, but DH liked it too!
