once my 800 mg of ibuprofren wore off last night the cramps were torture, i'd describe it as early labor pains, LOL, i took more ibuprofren and it went away, i did get crampy again at 4 a.m. so i took more ibuprofren, haha
just a little spotting, but barely anything
so far so good, i hope this was a good choice

I had a couple days of pretty intense cramps (not as bad as poor Jene!!) but since then it's been pretty smooth sailing.
I really do think you'll like it. The only negative thing I have to say about it is that my skin freaked the eff out for about a year after getting it. (breakouts everywhere!!!!!) I really think that was partially because I was on the pill for sooo long and then jumped to Mirena, though.
Oh, and perhaps TMI, but I haven't had a single period since I got it in November 2008. It's interesting though b/c each month I still get a couple days of PMS-like symptoms - bloating, cramps, extra breakouts, etc. - but still no period, hah.
I hope I get no period!! woohoo!!! That would be awesome.
