  Massage Heights and Envy both have couple's rooms, and if it's your first time there you get a good discount.

  My favorite its Lake Austin Spa.  They are not exactly reasonable but DH and I make a whole day of it and use their pool, steam rooms, whirlpool, etc and we get more bang for the buck.

  We went a few weeks back to Milk and Honey downtown and got the couples room. It was lovely.

  I did a crapload of research on this for our anniversary last month.  Here is what I sent to DH in a couple of emails:

   

  MyoMassage (in The Triangle)

  Couples Massage = $190 for 90 minutes, $130 for 60 minutes

  Romance Retreat Package = $285 for 90 minute massage + wine/chocolate/cheese in private lounge

   

  Spa Reveil (in The Domain)

  Couples Massage (half way down the page) = $200 for 90 minutes

   

  milk + honey

  m + h Massage in the couples room = $250 for 90 minutes, $170 for 60 minutes

   

  Viva Day Spa (off Mopac/35th)

  Swedish Massage in Duet Room = $230 for 90 minutes, $170 for 60 minutes

   

  Lakehouse Spa at Austin (scroll down to Two of a Kind! = $280 for 50 minutes, $370 for 80 minutes

   

  Lakeway Resort and Spa = $200 for 50 minutes, $280 for 80 minutes (That's if they do a couples massage. I couldn't tell from website so I doubled the cost of a single massage).
