Real Estate Website comparing asking price to sold price?
Is there a website where I could compare recently sold properties in certain areas? I'm interested in checking out what the houses sold for in comparison to what the askinig price was.
DH and I have found a house we really like in the 3rd development phase of a new home neighborhood. I'm curious as to how much give and take there is in negotiating with builders.

Yeah, I've checked that, it's helpful but I don't know what original asking prices were.
There are also 5 or 6 different builders in the area which is great but makes comparing even harder when you don't know which one built which.
