Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hey there!

 

So I harassed Ken Stillman for about two weeks, and finally got a response on Monday.  They said our video would ship today... so I am hoping it will be in by the weekend- Sunday is our anniversary!  I'll let you know when I get it and how it is! I am sure it will be great!

    On July 6th he had promised our video within 10 days and it never came.  I emailed him asking if we needed to sign for it when it did arrive and never heard from him until just this past Monday(just like you did)  when his wife emailed me saying she was going to the post office in the morning with my video and that I should expect it Wednesday (today!)

    So hopefully both our videos are on their way or are in fact waiting for us at our homes!
