I also don't know that "Austin" is ready for her "incomparable love for style" if it's usually $350 per haircut. For that, I'd want to add a real massage and other spa services to my "total package." I'm not against paying for quality and pampering, but really?

Oh my. And there's a photo of a girl in rollers on their front page. There is no emoticon sufficient to express how I feel about this.
They may do fine work, but I don't like the pretension of their "deal".

That is kinda scary, especially when combined with everything else here. No show appointments are kinda he said,she said. What's to say she doesn't take the $50 per person and say they all no-showed?
