Critique my note to neighbor
Dear Neighbor,
I am writing you because you may not realize that your dog barking during the day and night is disturbing to us. On Sunday night the dog barked off and on all night. I know this is not the case every day/night but only when he/she is left in the kennel on your driveway. Please consider an alternative to keeping your dog there throughout the day and night.

I like it. Start nice and if they continue then you can be mean if they keep miss treating the dog.
