Job interview f/u opinions

Last Monday, I had a great interview for a position that I'd like very much. The recruiter told me when she walked me out that I would hear early this week. I sent a thank you email to her the next day.
Should I call or email to follow up again? I know they were interviewing a few more people, plus one of the men making the final decision (one of 2 men I'd be reporting to) was out of the office the rest of the week.

You can follow-up, but as vanilla noted, I'd wait Especially since one of the people making the decision is out the rest of the week. They likely won't talk to him until early next week at the earliest.
I'd give it until next Friday.
