I know you are busy with all of the new renters moving in, but please fix my fridge! I know you have already been here twice, but you did not do anything about it. I am not being ridiculous and my thermometer is not broken. I bought a new one and both of them are reading 46 degrees and up. Yes it may be running, but it is not getting cold enough.
