Re: Wanna critique my luau?
The food sounds wonderful. And now I want banana cupcakes, taco dip and white sangria.
What's easier as far as the burgers go? The sliders or the regular burgers?

Banana cupcake ressypea please
And I would go with sliders. If people are going to be walking around and mingling it is the easier option for eating. I recommend putting carmelized onions on top.

your food sounds DELISH. Can I come?
I'd go for the sliders. That way people can eat some of the other stuff too without feeling too full of beef.
are you wearing a tropical shirt and a lei?
gouda and garlic mayo sounds good too.
You could possibly have a fixins station with that stuff. Like mini fixins. That could either be fun or messy
