Good morning ladies and Happy Friday! Is it just as hot every where else? Guess we hit 100 degrees here yesterday. This heat is getting ridiculous! I know most wont agree with me, but I'm ready for snow 
What is everyone getting into this weekend?
Christian just left for Virgina to go racing for the weekend. I feel bad that I'm not going but I couldn't take off work this close to vacation. Plus, it's a 13 hour drive there and then back. For being there only 2 1/2 days, that drive did not seem worth it and the humidity is even worse down there! But anyways, no plans, maybe some shopping for vacation, less than 2 weeks! Have a great weekend ladies!

Yesterday we all left work a bit early because of power outages in Alexandria, VA. There was lots of debris all over. Today they've cleaned up some of it, but still quite the mess. There is a big tree on top of a car outside my metro stop that hasn't been moved yet.
This weekend I have an eye appt (yuck!) and Matt and I are meeting up with some Nebraska friends who are in town for dinner. We might go to Gettysburg Sunday if we feel like it - or maybe we'll just lay around.
Happy Friday!! I have a Pampered Chef party this evening, and then tomorrow Brian and I are going to take a nice little day trip somewhere. He really wants to go see where Wyatt Earp's grave is. (Somewhere close to San Francisco) so we may take a motorcycle ride and explore!
I will be at the DMV this fine morning. (My hope is to get there before it opens and be one of the first of the crazy people waiting in line.) We had such a crazy night last night. You can read about it here . Needless to say, our Explorer no longer has valid License Plates thanks to some no good loser of a car thief who switched plates on us in the last couple days.......

Yay for Friday!! I am getting my hair done tomorrow morning then off to lunch with my mom and sister. I plan doing a little shopping with one of my bff's Saturday evening and then Sunday is more packing! My weekends are going to be busy for a while! Hope every one has a grea weekend!!

Happy Friday ladies! Tonight we are going new TV shopping (DH is dead set on getting a 3D tv with some of the money we got from our wedding) I told him if he gets that, I get to go on a nice shopping spree! Tomorrow I have my best friend's daughters bday party and sunday is our usual...relax and lay around the house day.
The heat here has been bad too and I head it is supposed to get worse next week...yuck!

Tonight I'm not doing much and this weekend I'm working my second job both days. I'm not sure if I ever told you this, but I was looking for a part-time job to make some extra cash and I now work as a consultant at the bridal store where I bought my wedding dress! It's so much fun and I LOVE it!

We are going to Kings Island Saturday with my volleyball teammates. Hopefully we'll be spending most of the day at the waterpark since it's so hot and humid here.
Sunday we are heading to Canton to the Hall of Fame Game! Woohoo for football season!!! We have front row seats in the bengals endzone. Hopefully we'll be on tv when the Bengals score a TD
We dvred the game just incase. So keep an eye out for me (aka the crazy girl decked out in orange and black going crazy when Cincy scores )
DH's sons are with us this weekend so tonight it's our usual Friday pizza and movie night. Tomorrow, we're going out on the boat and then on Sunday, we will probably head up to the State Park near us. My oldest step-son is going to hunting camp next weekend and with hunting right around the corner, DH and SS want to shoot their bows. My youngest step-son and I will probably go to the playground and/or a nature walk.

I am SO glad this week is over, it's been an insanely long week. Spent Monday through Wednesday in Alabama, including a long delay at the airport on the way back because the jet bridge did enough damage to the plane they had to cancel the flight....seriously wtf?
This weekend is going to be a LOT of relaxation, and finishing up a few more thank yous from the AHR.

Today isn't too bad with the heat, but it has been pretty hot and muggy here the last few weeks. Now we are dealing with TONS of mosquitos because of a bunch of flooding in the area a couple weeks ago. I feel like a prisoner in my own home.
I'm not sure of our plans this weekend except that we will for sure be going to the hospital sometime tomorrow. My SIL's water broke a few hours ago and my baby nephew is on the way! I'm sooo excited! I can't wait to be an auntie.
