Green Living
Dear Community,
Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.
If you have questions about this, please email help@theknot.com.
Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
We're in the process of moving in/painting our new apartment! Any green painting tips? Also, what is the best way to dispose of paint?
Re: disposing of paint?
Save some paint for touch ups. Otherwise, paint is included in our city's toxic waste category and has to be dropped off on a certain day of the month.

Here, the recycling depots take it. They just set it out and let people take what they want.
Otherwise, freecycle or CL (for free) would be great. Just put up an ad and leave it out front if you don't want to deal with people. Remove ad when it's gone.
