Okay, okay:
1. I have purchased a Shake Weight. Am I redeemed at all by the fact that I bought it in a store and not online, thereby saving myself shipping and handling costs?
2. After a group dinner with friends last night, I have come to the conclusion that I need to avoid one of their DH's at all costs in the future, because if I do not, I may not so accidentally tell my dear friend that I think her H is a jackass who should never go out in public. And I didn't even sit next to him at dinner! Oh em gee, I hate that guy.
3. I'm having a crappy day. I think a little treat of peanut m&ms is in order.

i don't have a decent confession. i have been SO swamped at work this week trying to wrap up on top of already getting email/having meetings for the new job that I don't even officially start for a week! sigh
This! AND.. I will now think of you when I see a Shake Weight Commercial, and secretly wonder if it is working for you.
Mine - Sigh..
1. Work is SERIOUSLY stressing me out. Ever since I went remote, its been an uphill battle to keep control of all of my projects because there are a couple of people in my group who apparently really frown on remote employees and think we sit around drinking all day.
Well guess what, Mr. Negative Nancy Pants.. you just might drive me to do that today.
2. For the first time in my life, I have people cleaning my house. And I am doing my DARNDEST to pretend I know Spanish. I'm such a coconut.
I am not so secretly thrilled that as of this moment I have 0 weddings for next year. Last year I had 9 (all out of state) and this year I have 7 (again all out of state) and I'm standing up in 2. While I'm all for true love, my credit card hates me and wants a break.
Jealous.
I confess that I have enjoyed watching DH sweat it out mowing the lawn on the weekends. We had to cancel the lawn service when he got laid off a couple months ago, and since I've never had the pleasure of a housecleaning service, I don't feel sorry for him one bit.
If a Shake Weight is what I think it is (web site won't come up for me), I, too, will mock you! That commercial sticks in my head, and not in a good way!
My confession--I'm completely stressed about money and frustrated about work. DH and I can't ever seem to get ahead. I'm hoping with his busy season starting up, we might finally catch a break (at least get all non-student loan debt paid off asap). Work is getting to me. I feel like I'm not getting much respect from my co-workers and that everything that is a crap case is getting dumped on me. I need a permanent job so bad, but I'm having no luck in that arena whatsoever, which also adds to my frustration.
Other than all that, I'm happy as a clam

1. I just ate ice cream. I justified it by saying it's helping the heartburn I've had for a week.
2. I'm kind of excited to be going to hotlanta next week to get a break from MH. he's trying to set up his own business so we're both home.all.day.long.together.no.breaks.at.all. that and there's an H&M.
Don't worry ladies, I'll make sure you all get tickets to the gun show once I've started using the Shake Weight.

Confession: I've done zero work today. I've spent the entire day working on my personal budget and talking to banks. I guess I could have disguised it as work, but I didn't even try.
the men's shake weight commercial makes me laugh every time when the guy is shaking the weight, groans, and then says, "i'm done." hahaha!

1. I think I broke my dogs. I left them with my sister to play with their boxer puppy and corgi mix today. They don't move no more

3. I'm going to pull the big guns out and try to talk DH into letting me buy a house soon. We'll see....sometimes he surprises me and gets really stubborn. And if he gets stubborn, that means I lose. I don't like losing and will pout like a toddler.
I guess my confession will have to be that I don't know what a shake weight is and I've never heard the commercials... but I'll make fun anyway.
My second confession is that I cleaned out my bathroom cabinets in preparation for our move and I think i have every Clinique Free Gift set since around 2003. (And my final confession is that I snuck all the bags into another already packed box and will tell DH that I got rid of them.)
Chicklit - I have all of them too. And to make it even worse, since I stockpile and buy only at bonus times, I spend enough to get 2 or 3 makeup bags. I'll actually buy something, leave the store, then come back later and get my second gift set. If I'm spending that much, I should get multiple gift sets, right?
I just cleaned out my bathroom and had a whole drawer of clinique samples. I'm prett sure I had about 10 containers of dramatically different lotion!

I got it at BB&B with a $5 off coupon, so I thought it was worth a try. I have a coworker who swears by it. I've only used it a few times though, it's harder than I thought! (that's what she said?)
