d'mai urban spa on 5th ave, if you want a real "spa" experience. (love the place, and they do a good job, but i can't deny they're a tad pretentious in there.)
if you're okay with just a "salon" experience, go to creative on 9th street (near 5th ave), and have lina do your facial. she's a total sweetheart and does a great job too.
