Hi ladies!
Eating Alive 2 by Jon Matson (that's my naturopath). Don't bother with Eating Alive 1 as the research is a bit outdated:
To see what he and his eating program are all about, his website is:
http://www.ndaccess.com/EatingAlive/Page.asp?PageID=5
His monthly comments are interesting, and there are some healthy recipes on there. Not all gluten or dairy free, but some are.
Amy, going cold turkey on anything is hard and can be stressful! Do you like goat or sheep's cheese? Maybe just cut out cow products to start and go from there? I found this delicous sheep's cheese that is like mild cheddar. I can't remember the brand but I'll go home and take a look. We also have a few goat bries around here too.
Let me know if you have any questions. I've been on and off of this eating program for about 2 years now ![]()

I LOVE sheep's milk cheese. If you haven't, get some Zamorano, it's mild and creamy and sooo delicious!

Thank you! I'm definitely cutting gluten ASAP and will wean myself off the dairy. I've got about half a carton of milk left that I'll finish, but I'm going to pick up some rice milk today to try. What I'll do with my Costco bag of string cheese sticks, I have NO idea. ;-p
Thanks again!
