Re: We've Been Quiet Lately
::waves::
hangin in there. we're preparing to close on a house at the end of the month (hopefully, provided all goes well), so there's that. i just traveled for bride #1's shower & bach party weekend. bride #2's shower & bach party weekend is 8/21-22. we move the weekend after that. bride #3's shower & bach party is labor day weekend. we have one weekend free, then the three consecutive weddings (that i am in) commence. we have the wknd of 10/11 free, then a friends wedding (that i am NOT in) the following weekend.
so, uh, i think it's safe to say that i am up to my elbows in bridal shower projects on top of beginning to strategize about how to pack this place up! oy.
howz you?
I've been around waiting for someone to post...
We're fine over here. Leaving Saturday morning. Tomorrow is DH's final, then we're getting sushi for dinner (no more food in the apt!). I have to finish throwing stuff into boxes tomorrow morning. I can't wait to be done with Miami forever, I don't care for it here at all.
Jrsy - is 10/11 your only wedding free weekend!? That's a lot of weddings.

hi **waves**
i've been around, like panda waiting on some posts...
jersy...gosh talk about wedding overload!!!
We are in full baby mode, bought a bunch of clothes and stuff, and yesterday bought everything for his bedrooom (we have decided to go with a blue and green car theme), picked out a pram....booked into birthing classes
otherwise nearly finished paying off wedding, and daves finished recording his album, will be compteley done in about 3 weeks!!!!
we have been quiet!
panda, where are you guys heading to next? i forget what you said. somewhere remote, isn't it?
well, the weddings run 9/18, 9/25, 10/2 & 10/15. so yeah, 10/11 is the only wedding free weekend. i'm tired already and have no idea how we/ME are going to get through it. the first 2 weddings are in ohio. the first one isn't so bad, just 1 hour away. but the second wedding is 5 hours away. that's a lot of travel time for us. i am grateful that the 3rd wedding (my sisters) is a super early wedding & luncheon reception. we'll be home around dinner time, where i will crash immediately. lights out.
Buffalo until Dec 1-ish but then Janesville WI, which is remote. We're already having trouble with housing

oh no. what kind of issues? i'm not even sure i know where WI is. oops.
my blog
Between this baby shower on Sunday, my friend's wedding/shower/bach party (wedding is September 18), band practice, and every single one of our cousins (seemingly) moving away and/or graduating, we've been so freaking busy! What little free time I have I've been throwing in to my search for a new job. So far, nothing's come up so I have to keep networking and trying harder!
Come next week, I'll be working 3pm to 11pm most days and 8am to 4pm Saturdays. I friggin hate August.
I miss y'all!

jrsy- Wow a lot of weddings, but congrats on the house!
panda- Good luck with the move! Hope you enjoyed FL
I'm from MI so I know my way around WI a bit, and that is a bit a remote place...sorry to hear you're having trouble with housing already.
Sandra- I can't believe how time is flying. Congrats on everything I'm so glad that everything is going great (baby/finishing paying off wedding/H's album finishing up).
bertos- Feel better! Is it just pregnancy related?
Shazzie- Yay for photo work! I must say I'm a bit partial myself, but it's a great way to stay busy (and keep busy).
Noron- That sounds like a hectic schdule...good luck with the job hunt!
As far as myself- DH has had plenty of interviews but still no job yet. We're still staying positive and I'm really glad I make enough to cover the everyday expenses and bills. I've been working 6 or 7 days a week still (adjuncting is a crazy schedule) and preparing to go back to school. It was getting difficult to manage time properly, but I think I've finally figured it all out! Miss everyone!!
Hi ladies!
Seems like everyone is having a very busy summer I have been back at work since I finished up my summer semester and this website is blocked so that is the main reason why I am not on much anymore. By the time I get home from work I am just tired and have to cook dinner and such. We are going on vacation on Saturday for a week so looking forward to that and then it will be back to school for my last academic semester. Yay! Glad to see that everyone is enjoying their summers
