Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Is there anything worse coming back to work after vacation?
Today is my first day back after being off since 7/29. Things that drive me nuts so this morning:
--My backup for one of my job functions "didn't like the way she was asked" to cover for me while I was out and b!tched to my boss's boss about it. Not like it it's her JOB or anything. 
--Missing out on who is pissed at whom this week (it changes on a dime)
--My boss is ticked that I apparently didn't anticipate questions the staff would have on a new project, and had no idea what I was talking about when they CALLED ME ON MY VACATION for instructions.
--The 12,000 emails, some of them repeats, from people who apparently don't read out-of-office notifications.
And the list goes on - Grrr! Sorry for the vent, but I had to get it out!

Ugh! I'm sorry you have to go threw all of that.
Going back to work after a vacation sucks. No matter how much you plan, take care of things, etc...there is always something that comes up.

The worst for me is going back after summer vacation. I'm dreading it!
