I just made this for my niece. Are the flowers weird? I can take them off and put new ones on no problem, I just can't decide if they look odd or not.

Re: Critique my handiwork
I need to see this on Molly to be sure.
They look adorable, silly! You did this all today? You were just talking about starting it last night! Right? Or was I not listening? Anyway, I love it.
Husbands should be like Kleenex: Soft, strong, and disposable.
Thanks! I did most of it today. Baby hats don't take long, so tiny! I hope it fits. It said it's 3-6 month, but I have nothing to go on.

Thanks! I purposely left the flowers small so I didn't end up with something like this:

I'm pretty sure that hat is a safety hazard.

Well, it's no boob necklace.
But seriously, it's cute and I'm impressed.
That's really cute.
I think the flowers are nice. i mean, I assume they are just supposed to be round rings and not have a petal look to them. I like that. Very retro.
Thanks, guys! Winged, I could've made the flowers with petals, but I wanted to keep them small. I can make a couple petal flowers tonight to see how it looks. The flowers don't take long at all.
Shamwow--it's crochet! I'm not very good at knitting, but I think it's because I learned crochet first. The Stich n Biitch "Happy Hooker" crochet book is really good.

aww, super sweet. I like the flowers. I am hoping I get some handmade stuff from my family for the baby because it just means so much to see someone's hard work for you. Great job!
You guys are so sweet! I'm making the monkey hat next:

monkey hats = adorableness.
I think I'm going to find a cute animal hat (giraffe is in first place so far) for Pickle's "halloween" costume this year. he/she will be too small for an actual costume and I can use the hat all winter.
Are you trying to take my job? Jeez. YOU RUIN EVERYTHING.

ahh! I'm not trying to be a ruin-y ruiner. I wasn't planning on buying until after Pickle is born and I'm sitting at home bored (hehehe) on my mat leave. So I don't HAVE to buy a hat. Or, maybe my baby will have two heads. There's always hope.

Damn, I suck at telling the difference between crochet and knit. Well, I don't know how to do either one. I have no skillz.
My MIL just gave me a sewing machine yesterday. I'll have to figure out how to do that eventually
