I ate so badly this weekend
Well really beginning on Wednesday...I went to the Cheesecake Factory twice. Yikes! I had Little Caesars Pizza on Thursday. I need to do some serious exercising to make up for all of this.
Re: I ate so badly this weekend
That sounds great! I have never tried pizza on the grill.
Our dinners were kinda bad this weekend because we "deep" fried our chicken Saturday for sandwiches and then made fish and chips with the leftover oil last night. Aaaand I think tonight we'll be using the left over cream from a recipe we tried earlier last week and making fresh alfredo sauce. Oh, and I had chicken parm for lunch Saturday (double fried chicken day...how bad!) and I have the left overs for lunch today. Hahahaha I didn't even realize how bad I ate this weekend until I wrote it down.
All that after trying to be healthy at the grocery store and bought whole wheat crackers/goldfish, hummus, wraps for sandwiches instead of bread, tomatoes for said sandwiches, etc.
Ditto that! I would never have thought to grill a pizza! This sounds incredible!
Haha, totally not my idea! I think I picked it up from the What's Cooking board, or one of the million food blogs I read. You buy a pizza stone and put it on the grill to heat up, then slide your pizza on when it is hot. It makes the crust come out kind of like it was baked in a brick oven. It is so good, and really easy.
You totally don't need a pizza stone (I have one and never use it). I blogged about it but you basically need to make sure the grill is preheated and oil either the grates or the dough itself. It's super fast and sooooooooooooo good!
I am totally going to try this. Thanks so much!
