What summer movie are you looking forward to in the last 1.5-ish months of summer?
(answer and then post your own question!)
Re: GTKY Monday
That's tough. I keep hearing that The Other Guys is hysterical, and Vampires Suck looks pretty funny too. The only movie that I'm really looking forward too though is HP7, but that doesn't come out til Nov.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up? Do you still want to do that?
I wanted to be *everything* when i was little! A dancer, an art teacher, a kindergarten teacher, a cartoon animator, a wedding planner, an interior decorator, an open heart surgeon (where did *that* one come from?!)...
I still have moments of wanting to be all of those, which is probably why i'm going to grad school at the age of 30...it's just taken me that long to decide!! And i still wonder if i'm making the right decision... I'm going to be a dance teacher!!
What's a nice, big vacation that you're saving up for? Not necessarily for this summer, but like a DREAM vacation!!

We're currently saving up to go back to the Riviera Maya, Mexico for May 2011 for our anniversary. We married on the beach there. That place is a dream. But then, we're also saving up for the purchase of our first house - so that trip might get put on hold. Who knows?
What is your favorite book?
Favorite book is the Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (the last one). I could read it again, and again, and again.....
What's one thing you *have* to do every summer?
The one thing that I have to do every summer is jump up in the Caribbean Labor Day Parade.
Have you ever met anyone famous? Who? Where?

I haven't met any famous people, because I live and work in Queens. I was in Times Square waiting for the subway and saw the psychologist from law and order svu. I just stared at him like I knew him from somewhere, but didn't quite remember. Then he smiled, like that happened a lot. I'm pretty sure it was him, because he had a show going on then too.
What's your favorite kind and place to get pizza?
Good 'ol regular, plain pizza from "Joe and Pat's" here on Staten Island...delish!
What feature do you like most about yourself and why?
I'm gonna go with eyes. They're nice and blue, but i think they've gotten less blue in the past few years. DH thinks my eyes are green sometimes.
(that's me trying to show my eyes

Currently? Modern Family, it's freakin hysterical. Big Bang Theory is close though.
