The dresser is 4' wide and 2'6" deep. Solid wood drawers and she said they're stamped.

I would ask how old the dresser is. (I don't know if this would be too forward or not) But I would also maybe ask how much she originally paid for it. If it's an older dresser and if she's asking for the same price that she paid then I would try to get her to come down. I would let her know that you can buy a brand new dresser at a furniture store for the same amount.
When we were looking at Mathis Bros. they had dressers for kids that were about that much.
Here it is... There is a matching nighstand and chest too, which I probably wouldn't keep the chest. Jesse thinks it looks too girly but I think with the stain and paint I have picked out it would be great. I really like that it is up on legs and has some curve to it.
