Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Alright, it's time to send me T&P's
My appeal hearing is at 1:15 California time. I managed to put this whole thing in the back of my mind and had a great weekend and got a good night's sleep last night. I'm meeting my friend for lunch before the hearing and he's going with me for support. Now I'm starting to get a little nervous. I keep telling myself that I've submitted my evidence and sworn declaration and the rest is in the judge's hands. There's not much more I can do or say. I told Andrew if the judge rules against me then I will accept it and move on with my life.
Also please cross your fingers that my old employer doesn't show up. They filed a written declaration and I'm hoping they are going to use thay in lieu of attending the hearing. I don't want to see them, or I'm afraid of what I might say.
