As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Thanks for the dust and thanks Becky for the text! I'll know in a few weeks the outcome of the hearing, but I think it went pretty well. My old employer showed up with 4 PEOPLE! The judge caught the director in some inconsistencies and I think I presented my case well. I don't have a feeling either way in how it went overall, but my friend that came with me was SUPER helpful during the hearing and he thought it went well and said my closing statement rocked. So keep sending the dust and good thoughts. I'm so relieved this is over with and can move on. I feel like I've been in limbo for months trying to get this resolved and no matter what happens I can finally move on.
Oh, and my friend that came with me told me he sees my old supervisor's partner on a local website trolling for guys and my old supervisor has gained a ton of weight from being an alcoholic. At the end of the day karma got him. HA!
