Terrific Tuesday?
I'm not sure how today will go. I have a lot to do this week to get ready for teachers to come in next week. I have to finish food plans for next week, submit room set up plans for events, get binders ready for new staff orientation, and finish up total compensation worksheets. Oh, and I have to submit payroll tomorrow. Looking at that list makes me wonder what I've done all summer, but I know I've been doing stuff the last two months.
If nothing else, today will be good because we're still getting off work at 4pm instead of 5pm. What are your expectations for the day?

I imagine work today will be nothing special. Although we do have a new hire and are all pretending to be more cheerful for her sake, which is in turn tricking us into actually feeling more cheerful. Funny how that works.
What I'm really looking forward to isn't until 7. For the first time EVER, I plan to dye my hair. I have always admired redheads and tonight, I get to see how it feels!

I'm going to a salon--definitely don't feel comfortable enough to do it myself. Also I've been going to the same hairdresser since I've had hair (seriously), so she would be miffed that I left her out of this big change.

LOVE it! When I had red hair it seriously made me feel all different....like Super Woman/Vixen...and DH loved it. You will also love it! What shade of red are you wanting??? Want to see pics!
Today has the potential to be terrific...I'm seeing my favorite band tonight! Yeah for the Something Corporate reunion tour.
Bad things - I'm tired, my back hurts, my sciatica is unhappy, and none of my clothes are comfortable (except lounge pants). I'm hoping my excitement for the concert will override my physical discomfort!

DH is on a rare business trip, so it's just me and the dog today and tomorrow. I have to admit, I hate sleeping alone. I feel safe in my home, but I still don't like being home alone at night. And the dog's no help. Just yesterday she was cowering in the bathroom because she's freaked out at the vibrating sound my phone makes when I plug it into my charger. Makes me feel really safe....
Other than that, i'm submitting my resume and cover letter today for a different position within the university. The pay raise would be nice, but i'm not 10,000% thrilled with the extra responsibilities that would go along with it. Cross you fingers!
Kinda bummed because a few of the girls I have class with have interviews at districts which makes me kick myself for not staying with subbing longer so that maybe I can have chance.
And I have so much to do because MIL, DH's aunt and grandma are all coming Friday to stay with us for the weekend for a family reunion....should be interesting.

My day is OK so far- "tepid?" Tuesday, lol. I don't have much to do at work, so I just hope it doesn't drag. It's only 10:30 AM and I'm ready for lunch...

And YAY for pasty complexions! Red Hair really brings that out in the best way possible. hehe... 
Just know that it fades pretty good, so even if it is really dark at first, it will fade significantly after the first week. I always like it better a week later...

I LOVE that color!! I really wanted to go that color after seeing Confessions of a Shopaholic. But, I don't have the guts to do it. You've got to post pics, can't wait to see it!!

Reine: Love the hair choice! I have had red low lights several times in my hair (my eyebrows are too dark to rock the full redhead look) and I loved it. My hair is so dark though that it fades really quicky on me and its too costly to keep up.
As far as my day goes, its been sooo boring so far! I finished all my work at 10:30 and now I am just sitting here. The sucky part is I have worked up 7 hrs of flex time but they won't let me use any and leave since we are too short staff today. I love just sitting here doing nothing. I can't even browse blogs and stuff to pass the time bc my boss keeps coming into my office (I am so gonna get busted on here haha).

As for today... I woke up early to stretch and do some ab work because my back has been hurting. That was great. Coming in to work was tough... I am not emotionally ready for the changes that will be coming up even though I'm excited for the added flexibility it will bring for more teaching... I just don't like this in between time - at all. Tonight I get to teach PiYo (probably my favorite group fitness class EVER) and I'm introcuding a new ab section tonight so I'm excited about that. If I can just get through the next 8 hours, I'll be golden.

Terrible, terribly Tuesday. I don't like to whine, so I haven't clued ya'll in on it, but I've been dealing with a nasty sitch at work. Something along the lines of a middle school bully made-for TV movie, and an incompetent mananger going out of his way to mishandle the issue. At the center is a scheduling matter, and this shitake has been dragging on for months, despite my repeated requests that management resolve the issue so we can all move forward. I've actually come home crying from work. I'm not a sissy (though i do cry over everything from underwear commercials to kittees). In a nutshell, I literally have to work side by side with this girl today, and it's making me sick to my stomach. If I can get through this, I can do anything.
Send me all your warm fuzzies, and If I'm not dead or arrested, I'll check back later....

I have to work with "that same person" tomorrow and am dreading....DREADING it.... Here's to not getting arrested! 
Sometimes I think it's a management requirement to majorly suck balls.
I loving the red hair though. It's great. I had it once and I am also fair (I keep telling people if MAC named a foundation after me it would be called corpse) and I really liked it but I found it hard to keep up. I am 0 maintenance when it comes to hair.
My Tuesday was bland, work was pretty dull until the last half hour when like every doc decided to show up at the same time. Arrgh. But nuts to that because I am also going to see one of my favorite bands tonight the Cancer Bats. Is it ear bleeding, heart stopping, neighbour annoying heavy metal music...why yes, yes it is! I'm normally not a big fan of screaming metal but these guys rock my socks!
BTW I have nooooo idea who Something Corporate is...
