Re: Thankful Tuesday
I am thankful that the cupcakes I made last night turned out great without a hitch! They will be served at the resident picnic at my job and I am not usually a good baker. (too much detail and precision) They turned out beautiful and tasty! (The image wouldn't show so here's the link . . .)

I am thankful that I only have one more day of work this week! (Well besides today)
I am NOT thankful that I am currently sick though

I am also thankful that I can leave at 3 today!
And for the last one, I am thankful that DH allows me to vent when I need to. Yesterday was a horrible day for me (the 17 yr old cat was throwing up her food, the dog had a HUGE mess in his crate, and some how I managed to chip a tooth...thats just a few things too)...DH let me b*tch about it for a while, treated me to a back rub, and cleaned the kitchen for me!
I'm thankful that I finally seem to be recovering from this cold/flu that knocked me off my feet this weekend.
I'm thankful that I get to see my Phillies the next 2 weekends in a row.
I'm thankful that tomorrow is WTF Wednesday, and I will have much to contribute.
TTC #1 since 4/10, Dx: MFI IVF planned for April/May
Ditto Muchlove's thankfulness for DH. I had a frustrating week @ work last week and DH listen to it all even though he wasn't sure exactly what I was talking baout all the time (various reports, dispatch stuff, etc..)
I'm also thankful that SD had a great week with us last week. We had her for the whole week b/c it was DH vacation week with her. (DH & his Ex get a vacation week each month of the summer & get SD for the whole week.) It was so great having her @ our house. On Saturday she came up behind me & gave be a big hug and asked me if she had told me how much she love me lately. It was so sweet it almost made me tear up a bit.
She is so great. I just wish life @ her mom's house was more stable.
I'm thankful that tonight is my last night of my grad class for the summer!! I'm so thankful to have two weeks off before starting my next class.
No question - I'm thankful that there is once again NFL football gracing my television screen! I don't care if it's just pre-season...it means that the real deal is just weeks away! Yahoo!!
Now, for the next few weeks, I hope to be thankful for no major injuries...lol
I am thankful that I get to see my mom, dad, brother, and all 4 grandparents next week! It's been hard since I moved to San Diego (3000 miles away!)
I am also thankful for Skype, to keep in touch with all of my family on a daily basis

I am thankful that I got to spend most of the day with DH. He had to do a delivery in KC, so I went wtih him today to keep him company and to get me out of the apt for a while.
I am also thankful for so many people offering suggestion of places to look for a job. I have been home about 3 weeks now and am ready to be working again.
