Great a/s on 11/16/12 - It's a girl!
I was also going to recomment BMO in Eagan. Options are limited but you'll get a good deal!
I haven't looked at BMO.
We just ordered bathroom tile from The Tile Shop. The selection at The Tile Shop was huge compared to Menard's and Home Depot. We're working with a contractor recommended by The Tile Shop, so we're getting a 25% discount on the tile, bringing the price lower than Home Depot or Menard's.
Depending on what you want, the selection of natural stone tile (marble, travertine, etc.) is very limited at Home Depot and Menard's. If you just want ceramic or porcelain tile, you might find what you want at HD/Menard's because they carry more of the lower-cost options and less of the higher-cost options.
Also, the customer service we've received at The Tile Shop has been great. Their staff is so much more knowledgeable than at the "big box" stores.
