WW Recipes

I know I've seen them floating on the board in the past, occasionally, but I never really wanted/needed them. Now, I'm changing my tune. Do you have any handy on your computer that you can throw up for me? If so, I'd greatly appriciate it!

Or any good websites that you love?

Re: WW Recipes

  • My old WW leader still sends me a weekly email with tips and recipes.  Send me your email address on FB and I'll start forwarding them to you.
  • This is my mother's FAMOUS Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe that is WW friendly but I'm not sure how many points/serving it is.

    1 package frozen chicken

Chicken broth (2 boxes and 2 cans) or 1/2 jar Better Than Boullion (follow the instructions)

1 can RF cream of chicken soup

    1 can Rotel

    1 C skim milk

    12 oz RF/2% velveeta

    Tsp garlic powder

    Tsp chili powder

    Tsp salt

    Tsp black pepper

8 small carb friendly flour tortillas

Baked tortilla chips (for dipping or crumbling in soup)

Thaw chicken and boil until cooked through, then pull apart to shred into bite-sized chunks.  Heat chicken broth in large pot.  Combine all ingredients except tortillas, cheese, and chips.  Add tortillas and cook for 15 minutes.  Add cubed cheese and boil until melted.  1 C servings with 8-10 chips.  :)  YUM.
