Has anyone ever made white chili?
My cousin and her husband have an annual chili cook off and this year I have been toying with the idea of making a white chili. Has anyone ever made one and if so how was it and what recipe did you use.

I eat it all the time. I use this recipe, but use mozzerella instead of mj.

It feels like fall there? UGH I'm SOOO JEALOUS. I'm SICK of these power bills. It's been in the 90s for the last 6 weeks or something terrible.
I love white chili, love it. One more time, LOVE it. My mom picked up the recipe from the library years ago (I need to get that from her and I'll share it) and she will make it every other week in the fall and winter and when I'm under the weather. She shreds the chicken and adds mild and hot green chillies when she makes hers. Hey, did I tell you how much I love it....cause I do.
Ditto!! I am SO ready for fall! Although, heck, I'd take a day in the mid 80's with low humidity...
And Karen, I'm glad that recipe is good, it's been in my recipe box for ages, and I haven't tried it yet! I definitely will once the air gets chilly!
Yes! It is so strange. I think we've had less than two weeks of 95+ weather with all the days combined this summer and none for about a month I think. The average temperature for August has been about the same as my wedding day temperature! Most of my friends love it but I'm a heat girl (as long as it's not humid)... if I get cold it takes me SO long to warm back up. Come visit if you're too hot!
I'm definitely trying that chili recipe this week! With some jalapeno corn bread... mmm...
