Tomorrow is the day...
I will hopefully find out the sex of this babe... DH wanted to put a child's clip on tie on top of the cake if it's a boy and a big hairbow if it's a girl. I can't find a child's clip on tie. I know I waited way too long to order one so I need another cute "topper" for a boy. Who has ideas? We aren't doing colored cake so I just want to go to the bakery and pick up a cake that says "It's a..." with a big blank spot and put whatever decoration right there.

Yup, almost 1/2 way done baking this babe. That seems CRAZY to me! I might run to Babies r Us after dinner. For some reason he really liked the idea of a clip on tie, I am pretty sure the babe has a peen so I should have looked for the tie a couple of weeks ago.
I really like the boy's tie idea. You where might have a cheapy one is Once Upon a Child. Or maybe using some cute little boy shoes that are a light blue (too generic?).
Can believe you are already halfway through! It really does go by really fast.
Have you looked at Wal-Mart or Target for a clip on tie. I know they are cheap but is the babe actually going to ever wear it if it is a boy? If not I would go as cheap as possible.
If you can't find a tie how about simething that says "prince" on it. They have things like that at Hobby Lobby.

Anxiety is in full force this morning but I have a positive outlook overall!
I found a tie, it is way big (like for a 10 year old) but I think I can make it work... I have lots of safety and straigt pins to fix it so it doesn't cover the entire cake. lol Look for a picture in the morning... I won't reveal anything until after we are able to tell our parents.
