When Life Smacks You in the Face
I posted on the Knot May boards alot, but just now made it over here.
My husband and I graduated college a week before our wedding, which was awesome! It was immediately a load off of our shoulders...
Then, the night we got back from our honeymoon, we came home to a flooded kitchen and bathroom pipes busted upstairs. We spent the next four weeks gutting and remodeling the entire kitchen. Then, in mid-June my husband failed his nursing boards and in late-July got laid off all together.
If that ain't life smacking us in the face, I don't know what is... Oh well, we are getting through it all.
