Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

As I was leaving for my lunch break, one of my temps came up to me and said that she and the other temp want to talk to me about something when I get back in the office. She said it's nothing that I've said/done, but apparently there's some stuff going on that they feel I should know about, and they feel like they are being put in the middle. Which basically makes me think that a bunch of coworkers and possibly my boss are being whiny, gossipy b!tches behind my back. Again. I hate working with mostly women.
*Sigh*
I've been lightly job-searching for the last couple of months... I think it's time to step that up again!

It was pretty much what I expected, but not quite as bad. One of my coworkers was complaining to the temps that she had to do stuff that was supposed to be "my job", and she also went to my boss to b!tch about it. My boss at least had my back and told her that the thing that was "my job" only took her 30 seconds to do and to shut up about it. So at least she had my back.
The temps felt awkward because they didn't want to hear her slamming me, and didn't want to give her any more "ammo" against me. So they are going to come directly to me for everything from now on. Hopefully this solves the problem.
well, i think that's good news considering! at least your boss had your back and the temps just wanted to be up front about not wanting to be in between.
but keep on searching if you aren't happy!
