my haircut experience last night
lasted for 4.5 effing hours!!!!
I was crying on the way home. I had made an appt. at the local beauty school here b/c a friend of mine got her hair done there and it looked really good. Plus, the idea of $30 for cut/color sounded very appealing.
So my appt. was at 5:30 and I got a partial highlight and a trim. The girl was super sweet but SUPER SLOW and had to keep asking her instructor for things!! She literally took 20 min. to shampoo my hair (which did feel nice). She only did 10 foils in my hair but then we had to redo them b/c she didn't go all the way to the root and I had lines. I didn't even get my hair styled or blown out, I just was exhausted and wanted to come home.
The color does look good, and the cut is even, just not enough layers for my taste.
Never again! Now DH can shove it when I have to pay so much $$$ for getting my hair done.

I should add I just felt like a pushover too for sitting there patiently so long. I am not one to just make a fuss, I mean she was doing her job.
