Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Is it too early to ask re: pumpkin ideas? My daughter's birthdays (and mine) are all in October - though we're just having immediate family over, about 12 people- I'd LOVE any fall/pumpkin ideas you would like to share.

PS. Next year I will also be turning the big 40 in October (yes 40 - not 30) and would like to have a much bigger pumpkin party! If business improves...

I did a "Our Little Pumpkin is Turning One" party for my daughter. Her birthday is Oct. 29th. I have a few pictures of her party of my blog, but I still need to post the rest. Time, I need more time!

In addition to what you see in the post, we did a hay ride for the kids. My dad owns a tractor, so it was great, but free, entertainment. Also, the kids were able to go to our "pumpkin patch" and each pick out a pumpkin. I had all different sizes in the hay. I had a table set up with all sorts of paint and things they could glue on the pumpkins. I also had a personalized apron that I painted for each kid.
It was a fun party!
