Toronto / Mississauga Area
Hi ladies
Lurker here, but I was thinking that a couple of you are from the Toronto-ish area, so I decided to post.
I'm going to be up there this weekend for a wedding, and I was wondering if any of you had any restaurant recommendations for me? (Only restrictions would be not super expensive, and not seafood). Saturday is occupied with the wedding (duh) but I'd love to find a tasty place for us to go for tomorrow's dinner. We're staying at the Radisson Plaza in Mississauga, so if it's in that area, that's a bonus.
Thanks in advance.
Re: Toronto / Mississauga Area
Scrap that...you are by the airport. The Keg is right by there and has good steaks. Also there is an awesome Japanese restaurant in the Marriott (just up the street). It is one of those one's where they cook the food on the grill infront of you. They have lots of beef and chicken options.
Right in front of your hotel is Kelsey's. It is okay if you want bar type food. Tuckers Marketplace is right beside your hotel and it is good for buffet.
Hey, yup Keg is good for something close to your hotel. Yummy food, but chain.
That hotel is nice. You're right near the airport so not the best idea. The waterside inn which is right on the lakeshore here in Mississauga is an amazing place to eat. You have to make reservations but well worth it and the lakeshore is a pretty area. www.watersideinn.ca
